In the final game of the season pitting Oregon's best vs. Washington's best, the West Linn Lions drove up north of Seattle and returned with a 49-30 win over Lake Stevens on Friday night. Continuing to play running back by committee, the Lions scored five rushing touchdowns against the Vikings. Ryan Vandenbrink scored the first touchdown of the day on a 10-yard run. Cade Johnson scored twice in the first half, and West Linn quarterback Baird Gilroy connected on a pass to Gus Donnerberg for 80 yards and a touchdown as the Lions led 35-10 by halftime.
