My husband and I have moved so much in the past few years and it feels like every time that there's something wrong with one of the cars we have to take a risk with a new mechanic. It so rarely works out as well as it did here. Excellent customer service. Both people I talked to were very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about getting me back on the road. In the past, we've had to wait nearly a month past when we'd been promised to get our car back, with excuse after excuse, but here they were done in a couple days, right on time, no excuses. 10/10 recommend

Our 1997 Van had a major brake meltdown on Hwy 5 on the way to visit our son near Portland. We had to be towed about 100 miles by AAA and Accurate Auto was on their approved list ( so there is also a 10% discount on labor). My husband was very pleased with Rick and Mark and how they kept us informed of what was going on, showed him the damage, and were personable. It took a few days since one of the parts needed is no longer manufactured and we needed a used part to be shipped. Thankfully, it was completed by the time we needed to drive home and the van did great. They've followed up with a thank you card and even a text to make sure we were doing well.
